FAMILY BAZAAR

Each year on the first Saturday in November, our church holds a Family Bazaar to raise funds to support our congregation's Outreach and Sunday School Programs.

Below is an outline of needs to support the Bazaar.   We hope that you will be able to support the Bazaar by donating to one of the tables, having lunch in the Lunch Room, or coming to look, find and buy on the day of the Bazaar.

Bazaar Bulletin

The Bazaar is rapidly approaching (November 5th).  It is time to start thinking about your bazaar donations.  They can be dropped off at the Church starting October 15th.

Above there is a list of the different groups and their needs.  Please look these over.  There may be something that you could do or offer which would help tremendously.

The Silent Auction has been a great draw in the past and we would like to surpass last year’s success.  To do this, we require your active participation which will provoke active bidding.  If you have a corporate affiliation, perhaps you would consider donating a Gift Certificate for an item, discount towards goods or service to the auction.  Perhaps you have an item or two which may be suitable to be auctioned, please indicate the estimated value.  You may wish instead to be more creative and prepare a theme basket.  Check out the list of suggested items needed for Theme Baskets.  Please read through the list and gather items which would fit one of these theme baskets.  The themes on the list are merely suggestions, why not create your own theme.

Be Generous and Creative!  If you do gather together contributions for the baskets, please leave them in the Church office clearly marked with your name and the basket theme by November 2nd.  (Please include a detailed list of what is inside your basket.)

Finally, there is the Children’s Corner and Snack Bar located in or just outside of Gibson Hall (with the Baking Goodies!).  The snack bar will include Hot Dogs, muffins, chips, coffee/juice/soft drink.   Be sure to drop by!

Please help make our Bazaar a great Success!
